TRACE links loss prevention teams, freight companies, and law enforcement on a secure, anonymous intelligence network — connecting the dots across companies, cities, and state lines.
TRACE is a secure Windows desktop application — not a cloud portal. Your cases, suspects, evidence, and photos live on your machine, encrypted with AES-256.
Nothing is stored on our servers. The only thing that touches the network? Anonymous, one-way cryptographic tokens that can never be reversed — even by us.
Companies help each other. Law enforcement gets real-time intel. Criminals get caught.
Suspects, vehicles, merchandise, cargo, evidence — all in one place
TRACE creates one-way SHA-256 hashes from your case identifiers
Only tokens — never PII — are sent to the matching network
The broker matches tokens across all participating companies
Matches appear on your dashboard with contact information
Human to human, investigator to investigator — you decide next steps
Security isn't a feature — it's the foundation. TRACE was built from day one around the principle that your data belongs to you, and only you.
A token is a one-way cryptographic fingerprint. License plate "ABC1234 / CA" becomes an irreversible 64-character hash — it cannot be decoded back into the original value. Even we can't read it.
Tokens are further wrapped with HMAC-SHA256 encryption on the server. A hypothetical breach would yield nothing but meaningless strings. No names. No plates. No personal information — ever.
Your local database is encrypted with a DPAPI-protected key. Only your Windows account can unlock it.
Only SHA-256 + HMAC tokens travel over the network. One-way hashes that can never be reversed.
Every action is logged locally — case creation, network scans, exports — for compliance and legal records.
"We don't store your data. We can't read your tokens. Your cases never leave your machine."
Suspects, vehicles, merchandise, cargo, evidence, notes, and photos — all in one secure, encrypted workspace.
Automatic cross-company intelligence sharing on plates, names, DLs, VINs, MC#s, CDLs, serials, and more.
Attach and manage photos directly on case records for rapid identification and BOLO generation.
One-click professional Be On the Lookout flyers with photos, descriptions, and case summaries.
MC numbers, CDL, BOL, trailer VINs, and load details with full recovery status tracking.
Attach files, photos, and documents. Export complete evidence packages for law enforcement handoff.
Track open cases, loss amounts, recovery rates, and arrests at a glance. Demonstrate LP ROI to leadership.
Always running the latest version — updates download silently and install on next launch.
License plate, VIN, MC#, CDL#, name+DOB, DL#, phone, serial number — hard identifier match with high confidence.
3+ descriptor overlaps (vehicle description, suspect description, geographic zone) within proximity distance.
1–2 descriptor overlaps within 30 miles — enough to warrant a phone call and further investigation.
LP teams, freight companies, and law enforcement operate on the same network. Share intel with each other and with LE — creating a unified front against organized crime.
Help LE identify repeat offenders, locate stolen loads, link cases across jurisdictions, and recover merchandise before it's fenced.
Build stronger cases with cross-company evidence. Multiple victims across states = stronger charges = real consequences for offenders.
Unlike traditional tools, TRACE enables proactive collaboration to stop organized crime — not just document losses after the fact.
Generate full PDF reports with one click. Give LE everything they need so LP teams and officers spend less time on data entry and more time on investigation. Reports serve as a permanent reference — refresh your memory months or years later for prosecution.
Track open cases, arrests, total loss, and recovery rates from a single dashboard. Demonstrate ROI to leadership with real numbers and see where your security program stands at a glance.
All features included. No tiers, no upsells, no surprises.
